By engaging More Life Consulting ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") for any consulting services, accessing our website at morelife-consulting.com, or entering into any service agreement with us, you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not engage our services.
More Life Consulting provides professional consulting services including, but not limited to, strategic planning, business development, executive coaching, operations consulting, team alignment, and goal architecture.
The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for each engagement will be outlined in a separate written agreement or statement of work ("SOW") between More Life Consulting and the Client. These Terms and Conditions apply to all such engagements unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
To ensure the best possible outcomes, the Client agrees to:
More Life Consulting shall not be held liable for delays or suboptimal outcomes resulting from the Client's failure to fulfill these responsibilities.
Fees for services are outlined in the applicable SOW or service agreement. Unless otherwise specified:
All fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered, unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the engagement.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the engagement. More Life Consulting will not disclose Client information to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.
This obligation of confidentiality survives the termination of the engagement and remains in effect for a period of two (2) years following the conclusion of services.
Any work product, deliverables, reports, frameworks, or materials created specifically for the Client during the engagement ("Deliverables") will become the property of the Client upon receipt of full payment.
More Life Consulting retains ownership of all proprietary methodologies, tools, templates, and pre-existing intellectual property used in the course of delivering services. The Client is granted a non-exclusive license to use such materials solely in connection with the Deliverables.
More Life Consulting provides consulting services based on information provided by the Client and our professional judgment. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or financial performance.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, More Life Consulting's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
In no event shall More Life Consulting be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination:
More Life Consulting reserves the right to terminate an engagement immediately if the Client breaches these Terms or engages in conduct that is unlawful, unethical, or harmful.
More Life Consulting operates as an independent contractor. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between More Life Consulting and the Client.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of California.
More Life Consulting reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
